United States: Orders below $800 USD are exempt from any import charges.
Please be aware that orders above this value might be subject to import taxes and duties in your country. You may be asked to pay these once your order arrives. If you choose to refuse to pay and the parcel gets returned to us, a shipping and handling fee may be deducted.

Returns

Please note: You can only return your order for a refund. If you want to exchange your item(s), please place a new order.


For defective products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@yxsbrand.com In the body of your message, please include the following:

1. Order number
2. Brief description of the problem
3. Question photo

Your options:

1. We will resend the new products to you, and you can return the items to us.
2. We will refund you in full and you can return the items to us.
3. You can keep the items and we will give you a partial refund.

Please check the policy:

1. We will only refund the original payment method used for the order.
2. For credit cards, it may take 3-15 days for the refund to be reflected in your account. (depending on bank)
3. Paypal may take about 1 day for the refund to show in your account.
4. Any damaged items with human signs of damage will be refused.

For No-defective products

1. Size problem
We recommend checking the size chart to find your size before placing an order. If you find the item is not suitable for you when you receive it, please feel free to contact us.
2. Other problem
When you receive items, you may no longer want them for some reason. We understand and accept returns.

General Returns Process

1. To initiate a return:
Please send photos and/or videos of the item to support@yxsbrand.com and let us know your order number.
Our customer service representatives will validate your return request within 24 business hours.
2. Return item:
If your return is accepted, we will send you the return address along with instructions on how and where to send the package. (Note: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted).
We recommend that you send returns/exchanges using a shipping method that provides tracking information and a signature as we are not responsible for lost returns/exchanges.
Refund or Exchange: When we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item within 3-15 business days and then offer a replacement or refund.
